Rachel from Salt & Light Cheeseboards will guide you through the nuances of pairing different types of cheese with complementary flavors such as fruits, nuts, and chocolates. You'll learn how to balance the intensity of cheese with the flavors of the accompaniments to create a delicious experience.
During class, you'll have the chance to taste six artisan cheeses and experiment with different pairings, while also learning how to identify the characteristics of cheese. Whether you're a seasoned cheese lover or just starting to explore the world of cheese, this class will enhance your appreciation and understanding of this beloved dairy product.
